This role is ideal for recent entrants to the healthcare IT industry who have gained applications certifications or preliminary experience. The Application Analyst is responsible for responding to application support requests, managing documentation, collaborating with vendors and team members, and continuing their ongoing growth within healthcare IT. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve necessary certifications and follow learning paths to ensure ongoing growth.
- Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage application and team documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevancy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors to ensure high-level support.
- Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
- Participate in smaller analyst-led projects, learning basic project management tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.
