Own and drive regional commercial excellence for the Americas Commercial business by defining scalable planning methods, best-practice frameworks, testing pipelines,



and implementation playbooks that enable adoption and measurable performance impact across the region.Establish the regional planning, KPI, and reporting standard for commercial teams, giving every market a common language and giving leadership a like-for-like view across the region to steer from.Partner with country teams to strengthen forward-looking forecasting, budget planning, and market performance visibility, aligning on trends, risks, opportunities, and P&L; implications together with Controlling.Identify, structure, and lead high-impact cross-country initiatives that create regional advantage, embed best practices, and establish clear decision-making models across the Americas.Own the analysis behind the region's significant commercial decisions, building business cases to a standard and traceable to source.Build the operating infrastructure the region keeps: documentation, testing repository, and p
