The Role
As a Mainframe DB2 Support Specialist at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting IBM DB2 database environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. In this role, you respond to technical inquiries, monitor database health, and support stable operations for business‑critical systems.
You will troubleshoot and optimize DB2 performance, implement security and availability best practices,
and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and support business needs. Your work contributes directly to reliable database operations and high‑quality service delivery across enterprise mainframe environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely response to inquiries and maintain high availability of DB2 database environments.
