You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Leading the end-to-end proposal and presentation process for prioritized sales opportunities.




Partnering with sales teams, dealer partners, and subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and develop proposal strategies.
Coordinating internal and external resources, defining responsibilities, and managing timelines to ensure successful proposal delivery.
Developing compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned proposal content that supports business growth objectives.
Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer deadlines.
Collaborating with sales, pricing, contracts, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen proposal competitiveness and effectiveness.
Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals, presentations, and supporting materials throughout the sales process.
Leveraging AI tools to improve proposal development.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Design, or a related fiel
