We are hiring a Finance Supervisor who will be leading the day-to-day accounting operations, support accurate financial reporting, and provide oversight of transactional accounting activities and develop the Monterrey accounting team.

Supporting Meaningful Work
Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
Monitor operating expense transactions and assist with forecast and budget updates.
Perform variance analysis and support business performance reporting.
Review and validate commission, incentive, and other compensation-related calculations.
Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with company policies.
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash application processes.
Supervise and develop the AR Associates and AP/AR Clerk.
Manage and oversee the Sales Tax Resale Certificate program, including system administration, record maintenance, compliance monitoring, and support for order and invoice updates.
Drive process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and data quality initiatives.
Partner with business teams to resolve accounting issues and support operational decision-making.
