IT Support Analyst

Requisitos:

Lic.



Tecnologías de la información, programación o a fin
Experiencia en el ámbito funcional dominio o tecnología.
Experiencia apoyando en implementando Entornos LAN/WAN.
Conocimiento de Office 365, Windows 10 y 11, y portátil hardware
Conocimiento intermedio de protocolos de red y Comprensión de cómo funcionan (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subred, VPN)
Conocimientos técnicos sólidos y avanzados de los estándares y prácticas de TI.

Responsabilidades:

Trabajo en proyectos de TI, incluyendo el diseño e implementación de nuevos sistemas y servicios de TI
Instalar, configurar, mantener, actualizar y dar soporte a sistemas, redes y software.
Diagnosticar, solucionar y resolver problemas del sistema y/o responda a las interrupciones.
Gestionar, investigar y resolver incidentes complejos de escalamiento de usuarios finales
Puede desarrollar planes, cronogramas y requisitos para la implementación de sistemas
