Drive stakeholder engagement and lead discovery efforts to identify and clarify ownership across initiatives Coordinate communications, manage deadlines, and oversee governance activities to keep projects on track Facilitate leadership reviews and lead escalation discussions to resolve issues and maintain momentum Track organizational readiness and monitor accountability across teams and workstreams Ensure alignment and collaboration between business and technology teams to support unified project execution A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience At least 3 years of experience in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect,



or Coordinator roles A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team of 20 or more employees Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects, or involvement in multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle Proven experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs Demonstrated success in driving initiatives across multiple technology and business organizations Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences Experience leading governance forums and organizational change initiatives Ability to influence and align stakeholders without relying on direct authority Experience preparing executive communications and status reports for senior leadership Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
