About the Role
We're looking for a motivated
IT Recruiter
with hands-on experience in tech hiring to support end-to-end recruitment activities. In this role, you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.

What You'll Do
Post job ads across job boards, professional platforms, and social media
Source and screen candidates for IT roles
Conduct initial phone screenings
Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the process
Promote a positive and professional candidate experience
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as an
IT Recruiter
Experience sourcing technical profiles
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS/recruiting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Must have staffing industry experience
Requirements
