About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Revit Modeler
with strong expertise in
woodframe structure modeling
for residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with U.S.-based projects, is detail-oriented, and can deliver precise and efficient Revit models aligned with client standards.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate
Revit models of woodframe structures
for residential projects
Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and detailing
Collaborate with U.S. project teams to ensure compliance with codes and standards
Revise and update drawings/models as needed to support project development
Requirements
Expert-level skills in
woodframe structure modeling using Revit
Proven experience with
U.S. residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing
Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
