About the Role

This is a fantastic entry point for someone eager to build deep expertise in facultative reinsurance operations. In this role you will be an essential partner to our team of Facultative Underwriters supporting for all non–client facing activities, including but not limited to:
- Data entry of Submission risk clearance
- Policy tracking and client follow-ups for missing documents
- Provide administrative support regarding records management and processes for the business relationships in his/her area of responsibility
- Assists in the planning and reporting process including data gathering and data entry
- Enforces and maintains guidelines throughout all facultative risks including archiving and storage planning





This role is adecuado for someone who is equally comfortable diving into the details of a data set, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, organizing information in a clear and reliable way and picking up the phone to follow up with a colleague. A big part of the job is handling information flows, spotting gaps, and ensuring accuracy across systems and documents — so an analytical mindset and ease with structured tasks are as essential as engaging with colleagues, sharing ideas, asking questions, and building strong working relationships.
