HealthEdge is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers. The Business Technology team exists to make sure the systems that power our business keep up — not just running, but evolving alongside the teams that depend on them. We're hiring 1 Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our GTM Systems team and help us do exactly that.

The GTM Systems team owns Salesforce, Gainsight and the broader GTM tech stack that powers how our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support organizations operate. As a Senior BSA,



you'll be a core contributor on that team — building solutions, partnering directly with GTM leaders to define our AI strategy and driving implementation that changes how the business runs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TO
- Build and ship. Own the Customer Success technology platform — configuration, automation, integrations and data — from requirements through deployment and ongoing health.
- Lead AI strategy and enablement. Partner directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and lead implementation — using Claude, AI agents and other tools to reimagine workflows, not just automate the current state.
