Job Summary
• This role is responsible for partnering with GSB AMS Service business leaders to provide financial and operational insights, drive business performance, support forecasting and planning activities, and enable data-driven decision making. The role performs complex financial and operational analysis, identifies business opportunities and risks, supports process improvements, and contributes to automation and AI-driven initiatives across the Service organization. The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical and financial acumen with a passion for business transformation, process automation, digital innovation, and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.




• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial and operational analysis for the Service business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Supports forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develops and maintains financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve business visibility and performance tracking.
• Partners with Finance, Service Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive performance improvements.
• Supports Service Revenue Recognition processes by analyzing service transactions, contract structures, invoicing activities, accruals, and revenue-related business events in compliance with company policies.
