The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic System Solution team. This position is idóneo for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives
- Lead the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
- Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices.




- Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
- Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments.
- Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions.

- Enterprise LAN/WAN networks
