Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving production processes, equipment, and systems to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved. This role provides technical support to operations through process optimization, complex problem solving, and the implementation of continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and equipment to increase productivity and reduce costs.




- Provide technical support to operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance metrics.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Monitor equipment and process performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, work standards, and operating instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate the introduction of new products, processes, technologies, and manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of capital and automation projects.
