Maintain consistent and professional communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Manage, track, and update client accounts using the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests and services. Monitor client account activity and proactively follow up on pending tasks or issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Sales & Lead Generation Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce MOR Financial’s services.
Identify and qualify potential leads. Schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-up calls with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales outreach, communications, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Administrative & Operational Support Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
Assist with internal projects and operational initiatives. Support reporting, documentation, and data entry as required.
Assist senior leadership with scheduling, coordination, and task management.
Deliverables & Performance Expectations Maintain accurate CRM records for all client and lead interactions.
Complete assigned outbound sales calls and follow-up communications. Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of client meetings and appointments.
Provide timely administrative support and documentation updates.
Maintain professionalism and clear communication with clients and internal teams. Manage responsibilities independently while meeting established deadlines.
