The role…
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for import and export processes. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner to comply with legal, customs,
and logistics requirements.
Collaborates with customs brokers, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate the efficient and compliant movement of domestic and international goods, ensuring the supply of materials, products, and equipment required for the manufacturing of our products and services.
How You’ll Make An Impact…
Manage the import and export processes for materials, products, machinery, and equipment.
Execute SAP workflows for supplier invoices, including customs brokers and carriers.
Support the logistics and transportation process for direct materials to ensure that WTE-M has the necessary supplies for manufacturing its products.
Ensure that the required information is provided to the Customs Broker to perform the proper tariff classification of materials.
Execute the supplier evaluation process for Customs Brokers and Carriers based on the services provided.
Maintain all Import/Ex
