Tasks

Ready to connect, sell, and make an impact? Discover the key responsibilities you’ll take on:

Processes customer requests & performs bookings as per the booking process & the Cargo Booking Manual
Books standard & special products which include OAL (Other Airline) segments & conducts a loadability & profitability check before offering a rate
Makes quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the rules of Target Pricing & considering profitability, the customer’s willingness to pay & upselling potential
Consults customers in finding the right product, & pro-actively sells customer-oriented transport solutions in collaboration with the Handling department & in close co-operation with Outside Sales
Supports sales team to achieve revenue & tonnage budgets




Actively pushes the eChannel usage and follows up Spot Quotes
Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
College degree/vocational training desirable
Bachelor’s degree desirable
Min. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales required
Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
Good knowledge of comparable Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales desirable
Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent sales skills
Excellent costumer services
Excellent organization
Excellent proactivity
Excellent teamwork
Must possesss a work permit in Mexico
