Come build the team that builds the brands. eJam is a consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between.
We're not a startup hoping something works. We're a team that has done it repeatedly: taken products from zero to eight figures, landed them on retail shelves nationwide, and built real brands that consumers love. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small teams with real ownership and accountability.
This is the place where you'll see the entire machine, sourcing, product development, packaging, manufacturing, compliance, marketing, marketplace strategy, retail, all under one roof. If you want to be a part of building and shipping consumer products at scale, there is no better place than this.

Why you'll love it We're growing several brands at once, and how fast we grow comes down to how quickly we get the right people into the right seats. This role owns that, completely.
You'll run 10–15 searches at a time, intake through signed offer, inbound and outbound. The best hires we make are usually the ones nobody applied for — people you found and wrote to personally. You'll own the recruitment budget too, and walk the People Operations Manager through the spend each week.
You'll be the first person every candidate meets, and often the reason the great ones say yes. Our sourcing and outreach tooling is built in-house, so you'll be its primary user — tell us what's clunky and we'll change it. The seat is wide open, and whoever takes it gets to shape what recruiting at eJam becomes.

What you'll do Fill the roles

Manage 10–15 active searches at a time across departments and brands
Source through LinkedIn Recruiter and build talent pools you can draw on again
Design multi-step outbound campaigns: email sequences, InMail cadences, thoughtful follow-ups
Run first-round interviews and be the voice candidates associate with eJam
Keep scheduling, feedback, and communication moving through every stage
Prepare offers and hand off smoothly into onboarding
Handle confidential and leadership searches with discretion

Own the numbers

Manage recruitment spend across LinkedIn job slots, PPC ads, and Indeed campaigns, and keep it efficient
Present spend to the People Operations Manager each week so we stay on budget
Own the weekly recruitment report across inbound, outbound, and agency pipelines
Be the go-to person on where every open role stands — raising blockers, candidate quality, and volume concerns early, with a suggested solution alongside each one
Bring market intelligence back: what comp really looks like, where the talent is

How we'll measure it together: time-to-fill, outbound response rate, candidates advanced to interview, and hiring manager satisfaction at day 30. Clear targets, full ownership, and the support to hit them.

Requirements
What you'll bring 3–5 years full-cycle recruiting, owning roles from kickoff to signed offer
Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company — ideally marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or agency
Fully fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Daily live video calls with US candidates.
Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience. You've had your own seat and used it daily: Boolean strings, projects, InMail campaigns, talent pools.
Hands-on Workable experience. You've run reqs, pipelines, and offers in it.
AI is already part of how you work — sourcing, screening, outreach, research, automation.
Comfortable owning a budget. You've managed job board spend, sponsored postings, or agency costs and reported on them.
Comfortable carrying 10–15 searches at once across different functions and seniority levels
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday. That's roughly 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM in Bogotá, and 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM during US winter. Worth checking this rhythm suits your life.

Who does well in this seat Someone who genuinely loves this work — the hunt, the outreach, the moment a great candidate says yes. You're the kind of person who can keep fifteen searches moving and still remember which candidate has a trip planned in March. That combination is rare and we notice it.
We also want someone who speaks up. If a posting isn't pulling, if a hiring manager has gone quiet for a week, if our interview process is losing people — tell us. You won't be stepping on anyone's toes; you'll be doing the exact thing we hired you for. The best part of a small team is that when you point at something broken, it actually gets fixed.
Benefits
What we offer Competitive USD monthly pay, sent reliably through Deel
Monthly performance bonus tied to the hires you make
Career development and learning opportunities
100% remote, anywhere in Latin America
First access to our internal AI tools, and a real say in how they're built
Full ownership of recruiting, reporting to the People Operations Manager
Direct exposure to leadership across several fast-growing consumer brands
