Your Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on overseas markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Translate market insights into effective sales strategies and tactics.
2. Sales Operations
- Drive sales of PV products in international markets, meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing favorable terms for both company and clients.
3. Business Development
- Represent Powerway at international exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and generate leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key accounts and industries.
4. Technical Support
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, supporting system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Our Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1+ year of photovoltaic-related work experience.
- Proven track record in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably within the PV industry.
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, components, and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
