Chameleon Collective is seeking a high-impact leader to own the Amazon and Mercado Libre business for a LATAM consumer brand. This build role targets scale across Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, with hybrid work and travel.
You will manage P&L;, lead a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, digital advertising, finance, and supply chain, and partner with Amazon and Mercado Libre leadership to define joint plans and growth strategies. Location: Mexico City preferred, Miami or Argentina.
