Beezwide is looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Specialist to join our growing virtual team! If you’re passionate about helping clients, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!) Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales and customer service No accent English. Fluent and Conversational Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required) Familiarity with Zoho CRM or willingness to learn Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection Supportive and collaborative virtual work environment Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Industries Staffing and Recruiting
