About the roleThe Specialist NPI supply chain will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and strategic sourcing initiatives for CHVAC products. This position is responsible for driving supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality,



and finance teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, supplier management expertise, and a strategic mindset to ensure successful program launches and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Specialist NPI supply chain you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier selection, quotation analysis, negotiations, and contract administration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and meet project timelines.
- Analyze supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and risk factors to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and drive initiatives that enhance supplier performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
