Download and process daily booking requests and send them to customers within the required period Handle customer requests promptly Ensure route, weight, POL/POD, commodity, temperature, and other information is accurate in the PIL system Communicate with Documentation and Sales teams Maintain customer-specific requirements to ensure consistency of PIL service Follow up on regular and BID customer bookings Provide excellent phone attendance and customer experience Assist customers with problem solving Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer grievances Ensure customers adopt Pocket PIL and migrate volume from other platforms Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Preferably B1, B2, or higher level in Speaking, Listening & Reading Customer-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced,
