Receive and process delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Holder At least 1 year of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations. Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
