We're a growing U. S. law firm seeking a friendly, organized, team player to join our team as a Phones Agent in Guadalajara.
This is a client facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and handling calls and follow ups, identifying opportunities while helping clients have a positive experience.
What you'll do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Set appointments from inbound and outbound calls as well as email leads, Follow up with leads and opportunites from internal databases. Identify and asses potential clients and their needs. Work towards achieving performance goals and contribute to overall team results.
What we're looking for Fluent spoken and written English. At least one year of experience in customer service, call center or hospitality.
Empathetic, easygoing and calm under pressure. Comfortable in the phone and handling calls. A good communicator, detail oriented with good listening skills. Positive, reliable and a strong team player. A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality
Legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
