Market and Product Management Professional MexicoPosition Summary
The Junior Sales Support, provides operational and administrative support to Business Development teams across Ground, Air, and Ocean products. This role is responsible for customer onboarding, quotation support, contract coordination, customer reporting, lead management, and commercial system administration. The position works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and accurate execution of commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Account Setup
- Support the onboarding process for Ground, Air, and Ocean customers.
- Collect and validate required customer documents and onboarding forms.
- Coordinate MDM and MOIRA role creation requests.
- Assist with credit setup and AR role
