Bilingual Training Systems Analyst
Education:
Technical degree, TSU, Bachelors, or related field.
Experience:
Experience in Automotive industry.
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles.
English B2-C1: Reading, writing, and communication.
Intermediate- advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Organized, proactive and results- oriented
Knowledge and activities:
Maintain and update training programs on platforms and software.
Training employees and key users on the correct use of the training platform.
Develop user guides,



training materials, and procedures in English.
Provide ongoing support and resolve platform related questions or issues.
Coordinate with general corporate teams regarding platform updates and requirements.
Support audits by providing accurate training records and evidence.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
