New & exciting opportunity to join the team at Present Moment Retreat. We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent for our Boutique Hotel in the beautiful surf region outside of Ixtapa/Zihuatenajo, Mexico. This is a salaried position beginning right away. The role is a mixture of Guest Services, Yoga Studio operations, Reception, Boutique sales, and helping to ensure the overall smooth operations of the retreat center. POSITION: Front Desk Agent We are looking for an experienced, kind-hearted, person with a background in hospitality and office administration to: Handle check-ins and check-outs Accommodate guest requests Sign-in students into yoga classes using Mind Body software Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms Promote hotel services and activities Book and schedule appointments and activities for guests Handle cash & CC payments Maintain a clean and neat front desk area Contribute to the operations of the retreat center An adecuado applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. As a member of the Guest Relations team you must be flexible with daily tasks, willing to lend a hand at any time, and be confident and professional with guests of the center.
