Hardware TechnicianSupport hardware development and sustaining engineering activities through hands-on laboratory work, including PCBA-level failure analysis, product validation, test setup preparation, and sample coordination. Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensure equipment readiness, and generate reliable test data to support engineering decisions,



product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will DoConduct PCBA-level root cause analysis to troubleshoot defects, identify failure mechanisms, and drive resolution. Prepare bench-level test setups and perform product validation activities to verify functionality and performance requirements. Coordinate the procurement of materials and samples to support engineering development, testing, and validation activities. Support the evaluation of existing product issues related to design, including manufacturing defects, quality concerns, and performance-related problems. Support and follow up on reliability testing activities for current production products and new product development initiatives. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment by ensuring that equipment, workbenches, and materials are properly used, handled, and stored. Conduct bench-level testing
