Kohler Co. in Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an Engineer Manufacturing for Slip & Glaze to own manufacturing engineering for ceramic materials and shop-floor processes.
You will control raw materials, viscosity, firing parameters and process stability to improve yield and reduce defects. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least two years in manufacturing engineering with Lean, data-driven problem solving, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
