- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software packages, including AutoCAD.
- English proficiency with 90% spoken and written fluency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean Manufacturing, Just-In-Time (JIT), Kaizen, TPS, and Six Sigma.
- One to three years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Ability to supervise indirect personnel.
- Knowledge of specific quality requirements and compliance with all applicable national and international quality standards in accordance with the Quality Manual.
