Main Responsibilities

- Installation and validation of manufacturing processes
- Development and administration of manufacturing process documentation
- Acquisition, purchase and administration of manufacturing equipment and tools
- Investigation and resolution of manufacturing process and equipment problems
- Continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency in manufacturing lines
- Training for direct labors in basic equipment problem solving others related.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 2 years of professional experience in the same rol. Ability to clearly articulate manufacturing technical concepts in both English and Spanish Experience in problem solving, validations,



continuous improvement, statistical analysis, industry standards like ISO9001, GMP´s, FDA.

Other Qualifications

- DMAIC, PDCA,8D´s (preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
