Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve production processes, equipment, and systems across our facilities. You will support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Adecuado candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, Lean and Six Sigma experience, and proficiency with CNC machining and NX software to optimize high-volume manufacturing. Domestic travel up to 15% may be required.
