- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software packages including Minitab, Microsoft Office, etc.
- 90% English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kaizen, TPS, and Six Sigma production systems.
- Knowledge and/or use of Quality tools and sampling plans.
- Validation process skills.
- One 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably medical devices.
- Required knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulations applicable to the medical industry.
- Personnel supervision skills are desirable.
- Compliance with GMP regulations and all national and international quality standards in accordance with the Quality Manual
