Job purposeBorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, will be responsible for acquiring new talent for the organization. Fill vacancies promptly and efficiently, according to the required profile.
Key responsibilities




- Ensure all positions have a job description.
- Requisitions management.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, both unionized and administrative staff.
- Coordinate the entire R&S; process.
- Support the onboarding process.
- Follow-up interviews for new hires.
- Maintain and strengthen external links with recruitment and selection committees, universities, schools, government institutions, etc. to share strategies and continuously improve.

What we’re looking for
- Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Phycologist or similar.
- Experience Time in similar position: 3 years or more in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge required: Mass recruitment, psychometric test evaluation, assessment center, Competencies interview, employee branding, job portals, virtual interviews, excel, Legal requirements like labor contracts, non-discrimination practices and R&S; KPI
