What You?ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a highly professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments across multiple partner clinics and facilities.
- Verify consumer details, including demographics and insurance information, and accurately document all interactions in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
What You Need:
- Education: College degree completed (graduation mandate).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Mindset:
A strong customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience (Nice to Have): Previous customer service, contact center, or healthcare patient access experience; familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage.
Visible Gross Monthly Salary:
$19,500 MXN
