Job Title: Business Analyst Trainee – Banking/Credit Card Domain

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee with exposure to the Banking and Credit Card domain to support business requirement analysis, process documentation, and collaboration between business and technology teams.

The idóneo candidate will have a basic understanding of banking processes, credit card lifecycle, and ISO standards used in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from banking and credit card stakeholders.
- Analyze financial processes and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Support documentation of workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Assist with testing activities, including test case preparation and UAT support.
- Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.




- Understand and document payment transaction flows and ISO messaging requirements.
- Support process improvements and operational enhancements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates or internship experience welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Banking, Payments, or Credit Card processes.
- Understanding of ISO payment standards/messages (ISO 8583 preferred).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico.
