In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation, operation, maintenance, and application of ultrasonic welding equipment and systems.
- Analyze electro-mechanical and software-related product concerns and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Partner with customers to identify solutions that minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Document technical cases, customer interactions, and recurring product issues within established systems and processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to resolve complex customer challenges.
- Support product quality initiatives by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Escalate highly complex technical matters to Technical Support Engineers when appropriate.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.
