Job description





Ensure accomplishment of the quality defined goals and held himself responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement culture.

CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS

- Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications. SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT.
- Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications.

- Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices.
- Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected.

MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS

- Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions.
- Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented.
- Maintain database for internal and external quality.

COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXTERNAL CUSTOMER

- To be to prepare and present information to customer regarding quality issues or to provide response to customer inquiries/ claims.
