Resumen del Puesto
The Controls Engineer supports the maintenance automated equipment used to release production parts within the plant.

Funciones Esenciales
- Coordinate, supervise, and participate in all test stand activities in support of manufacturing, including procurement, runoff, gage R&R;, programming, calibration, troubleshooting, modification, and maintenance.




- Design and manage process support systems to maximize equipment up-time and availability (OEE).
- Daily support to work teams in the area of calibration and test.
- Develop/extend system for real-time data acquisition.Analyze process data for capability and process optimization potential.
- Assure equipment compliance to all safety standards and regulations.
- Supports IATF-16949 activities
- Assist in the data collection system in order to provide quality information
- The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.
- Support PSA activities and procedures with team members
- Perform all those activities that by the nature of the position are required
