What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Maintenance ManagementCoordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.Develop, maintain, and improve maintenance plans, manuals, technical documentation, and equipment diagrams.Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Continuous Improvement & ReliabilityTrack maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and other reliability metrics to drive performance improvements.Lead maintenance-related innovation and continuous improvement and sustain 5S practices within areas of responsibility.
- Spare Parts & Tooling ManagementOversee the maintenance tool crib and ensure the availability of critical tools and equipment.Manage spare parts inventories and maintain accurate records to support uninterrupted operations.
- Safety, Quality & Environmental ComplianceEnsure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health,



and Safety management systems.Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions when required.Identify, report, and address unsafe conditions and behaviors to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with Production, Operations, and Support Functions to maintain equipment effectiveness and achieve business objectives.Coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors and suppliers.Support team development by fostering collaboration, accountability, and problem‑solving capabilities.
