We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to support lifecycle campaign execution across multiple consumer brands in our portfolio, reaching players in the sports betting and casino gaming space.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer, with some hands-on experience through an internship or a first role, who wants to build a career in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push, and email, not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.You'll support the CRM Manager and senior CRM specialists in building and QA'ing campaigns in Braze spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation.
This is a strong entry point into lifecycle marketing and marketing technology, with hands-on mentorship as you grow into more ownership over time.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building, testing, and deploying lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging in Braze, under the guidance of senior team membersSupport the setup of promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segmentsHelp maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and creative asset libraries across brandsPerform QA checks on dynamic content,



personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverabilityPartner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to learn how CRM workflows are built and optimizedSupport performance tracking and reporting on engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics, flagging anything that looks offContribute ideas and creative input to lifecycle and promotional initiativesQualifications6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, ideally through an internship, co-op, or entry-level role; exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing is a strong plusRecent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Familiarity with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform is a plus, not required, we'll train the right candidateExperience in or strong interest in the American sports betting and casino gaming industryDetail-oriented, organized, and eager to learnComfortable communicating cross-functionally, including with engineeringPassion for consumer digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainmentC1 English proficiency required; this role collaborates daily with integral teams, primarily based in the USThis is an onsite, independent contractor role based in our Monterrey, Nuevo León office
