✨ What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams⚙️ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization,
inventory & manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges✅ We're Looking For:• 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience• Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing• High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred• Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred• English/Spanish bilingual skills required RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
