SAP Technical Lead :The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of SAP technical solutions.
This role involves overseeing ABAP development, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and managing system integrations while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design , Development and implement SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirementsLead ABAP development (RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standardsManage system integrations (IDOCs, APIs, RFCs, OData,



middleware)Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teamsCollaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designsOversee transport management and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely defect resolutionOptimize performance using HANA best practices (CDS, AMDP)Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards Typical Skills RequiredStrong expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP integrations and Object-Oriented ABAP.Knowledge of S/4HANA, CDS, AMDP, Fiori/UI5, ODATAExperience in integrations (API, CPI,BTP, PI/PO)Understanding of SAP FI and MDG and hands-on experienceLeadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
