To strengthen customer support in México, we are looking for additional team members.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Field Service Engineer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico.
In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance services across the CDMX and Hidalgo zones, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the region.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertisePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment to ensure optimal operational performanceInstall, configure, and optimize equipment systems according to customer specifications and industry standardsDocument all service activities, repairs, and maintenance work in the service management system with accuracy and detailRespond promptly to service calls and emergency requests within the CDMX and Hidalgo service zonesCommunicate technical findings and recommendations to customers in a clear and professional mannerMaintain compliance with safety protocols and company procedures during all field service activitiesCollaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge with colleaguesConduct equipment inspections and provide customers with detailed reports on system status and recommendationsManage time efficiently to complete multiple service calls while maintaining high-quality workmanshipQualificationsProven experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support rolesStrong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with hands-on equipment repair experienceProficiency with service management software and mobile field service applicationsSolid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to the equipment servicedExcellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple service calls effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with customersAbility to work independently in the field while maintaining attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the CDMX and Hidalgo zonesKnowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in field service environmentsPreferred: Experience with preventive maintenance programs and system optimizationPreferred: Familiarity with advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized toolsPreferred: Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English)Additional InformationWe Offer:Competitive salary, performance bonus plan, and uncapped commissions.Attractive benefits package exceeding legal requirements.Work tools (laptop, cell phone, and company car).
