✅ Solid technical foundation, including knowledge of:
Java
APIs
Batch Processing
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
✅ Strong experience facilitatingScrum ceremonies, including:
Daily Stand-Ups
Sprint Planning
Backlog Grooming
Retrospectives
Sprint Demos
✅ Experience defining and deliveringcloud-native software productsandplatforms at scale
✅ Deep understanding ofplatform capabilities,architecture, and underlying technologies
✅ Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs usingAgile methodologiessuch asScrumandKanban




✅ Strong ability to drivedata-driven decision makingand implementcontinuous improvement practicesacross teams
✅ Ability to discuss and challenge delivery strategies withbusiness stakeholders,architects,engineers, anddesigners
✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively toexecutives,leadership teams, and technical audiences
