Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on labor and employment matters, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and minimizing risk exposure
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively advise business leaders on policy updates and compliance strategies
- Deliver legal training programs based on risk assessments, business priorities, and evolving legal requirements
- Manage interactions with labor and social security authorities, including responses to audits, claims, and official proceedings
- Develop and execute legal strategies for labor disputes and oversee external counsel handling litigation
- Maintain accurate tracking of labor cases and provide timely updates to leadership
- Prepare and review employment agreements and documentation related to hiring, modification, suspension,
and termination of employees
- Support HR in union relations, including collective negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting operations, including services, logistics, construction, and REPSE-related agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract structuring, risk allocation, and compliance requirements
- Lead training initiatives for internal teams on contractual processes and labor compliance topics
- Support internal investigations and partner with compliance teams when requiredRequirements
