Head of Marketing Engineering / AI Growth Lead
We're looking for a Head of Marketing Engineering / AI Growth Lead who sees modern marketing less as traditional campaigns and manual copywriting, and more as software engineering, data orchestration, automation, and AI-driven systems.
This person will design and deploy deterministic marketing software, automated data pipelines, and targeted AI workflows.
The objective is to build a repeatable, programmatic growth engine rather than rely on legacy outbound playbooks, agencies, or expensive LLM wrappers.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Signal Mining & Data Pipelines Build automated systems to identify high-intent buyer signals across Linked In, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other sources using scraping APIs such as Apify/Ampify.
Build waterfall enrichment pipelines using tools such as Get , Apollo, Origami, Lead Magic, and Million Verifier to maximize data yield while controlling cost.
Integrate reverse-IP, firmographic, behavioral, and intent signals into clean data warehouses such as Click House, Snowflake, or Big Query.
Autonomous Outbound & Inbox Architecture Architect scalable cold email and Linked In DM infrastructure using isolated domain clusters and tools such as Hypertide, Inbox Kit, Instantly, and Hey Reach.
Build LLM-assisted inbox agents using webhooks and custom code, hosted on platforms such as Railway or AWS.
Automate objection handling, long-term follow-up, lead routing, and meeting booking through Calendly or .
Programmatic & Organic Content Distribution Build content extraction pipelines that pull authentic insights from Gong calls, Slack, technical transcripts, podcasts, and other internal sources.




Turn those insights into high-performing social content using automated workflows.
Orchestrate multi-account/team distribution and create analytics loops that identify winning content, angles, and formats and systematically remix them.
Technical Efficiency & System Architecture Favor token-efficient architecture: local compute, cron-based software, lightweight code, and deterministic workflows over unnecessary continuous LLM inference.
Use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to rapidly prototype growth software, scripts, internal APIs, and automation.
Reduce dependence on agencies and inflexible no-code platforms by building internal growth infrastructure.
Candidate Requirements
Hard Skills Strong GTM capability.
Deep familiarity with scraping APIs, proxy networks, webhooks, REST/Graph QL APIs, and automation infrastructure.
Hands-on experience building B2 B waterfall enrichment systems.
Strong understanding of outbound infrastructure and deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warm-up, domain rotation, and platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, and Hypertide.
Experience with prompt engineering, lightweight LLM decision systems, and deploying background jobs/cron workflows on Railway, Render, AWS, Vercel, or similar.
Experience / Mindset 5+ years in Growth Engineering, Technical Marketing, GTM Engineering, or as a technical founder/co-founder in B2 B Saa S. Engineering-first view of marketing: uses software, automation, and high-signal human inputs rather than generic AI-generated content or unnecessary token-heavy systems.
Highly quantitative and focused on CAC, payback period, deliverability, conversion rates, data yield, and funnel efficiency.
