We are looking for a hands‐on Industrial Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing line implementation and plant new lines start-ups.
This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy building operations from the ground up, leading installations, and working in international environments.
What you'll do
Implement and start up assembly & manufacturing lines
Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup
Supervise facilities installation (electricity, gas, compressed air)
Manage purchase requisitions, budgets, and cost tracking
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Provide on-site support and ensure safety & quality standards
What we're looking for
Industrial Engineer -prefered- (or related field)




Experience in manufacturing line implementation or plant start-ups
Advanced English + Spanish (Prefered)
Availability to travel
Immediate or short-term availability
