This role covers administrative tasks including background checks, pre-employment screenings, interview scheduling, posting positions, and onboarding for North America & Canada.The TAC will coordinate with Talent Advisors and hiring managers, manage iCIMS data, handle travel arrangements, and assist with process improvements while handling confidential information.
